Rotary Cutter, Ruler (mats will be provided for classroom use)

2 coordinating fat quarters
2 pieces of ric rac or fabric 10 inches long for accent
1/2 yard of fusible fleece (pellon 987F)
1 nylon zipper
1 yard of 1 inch elastic is optional
