Pam from Sew in Tune will be coming to teach this class here at Nanas. This class is included in passport. Picture above is just a sample of what it looks like kits will vary. Kits will be available. Cost of kit is $90  this includes fusibles and fabrics.  

Collage quilts are a hot trend. If you have been frustrated with this technique in the past, this one day workshop will take that frustration away and even make you love it. That’s what happened to previous class attendees.  And if you have never tried it, this is the perfect place to start. And best of all you don’t need to bring a machine!

Required:

Pattern or Kit (which includes the pattern.)

• Applique Pressing Mat (The larger the better)
• Scissors (recommend Karen Kay Buckley’s Perfect Scissors/Medium (blue handles))
• #2 Pencil

Optional:

• A few scraps to add to your creation. The kit will have enough for the collage and you can add additional, as desired, after the class, before quilting

NOT required:

• A sewing machine is NOT needed. How often do you hear that?!
