Bee Happy is a block of the month club.  This will take place on the 3rd Saturday of the month for 12 months, beginning Sept. 16th.

This quilt is a great project to build your skills in Applique and Embrodiery. Lori Holt has a neat method doing applique that uses interfacing to give you nice clean edges. The embrodiery is used to accent the blocks. There is a little piecing in this quilt as well. Nikki and Anita will guide you through the whole process. There will be prizes for getting your blocks done, so you won’t want to miss a class.

Class fee is $45; this will include 12 months of instruction as well as a panel of Lori Holt fabric to get you started. You will be required to purchase an applique template set from us. There is no book to purchase. You will also need a notebook to take notes, hold handouts and store Sew Along information about the quilt that you can download online. Do not print blog posts about piecing from her website.  We will consolidate this into monthly handouts.

Fat 1/8 packs of Lori Holt prints and backgrounds are available to purchase from us.  We have additional panels for sale also.
